Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges

We offer a 14-day exchange period from the date you receive your product. If the item you ordered is the wrong size, you may exchange it for the correct size.

Exchanges require that the product is unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please send us a message at info@zeyro.online. Include your order number and the desired new size. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Please note: Since our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept full returns or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@zeyro.online if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include a photo of the product. We will replace defective or damaged products free of charge.

14-Day EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, as our products are made to order according to customer specifications, they are considered customized products and are not returnable under EU consumer law, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage.

Refunds

If a product is defective or damaged, you will receive a refund or a replacement after we have received and inspected the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
